Daniel Cole has been a part of the team at Manchester Tank Crossville (MTC) for 17 years.  When he joined MTC in 1992, he was an active member of the National Guard.  Daniel is currently serving his second tour in Iraq with the E Troop 278^th ACR.  Before he left for Iraq, Daniel wanted to present MTC with the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriots Award.  As he presented the award to Plant Manager Al Morrow, he said, "In my 17 years of service with the company, they have always supported all of my numerous guard commitments and duties and I never once have felt that my job was in jeopardy or my career with the National Guard was compromised.  Manchester Tank and all of its employees are great people to work with."
