Clow Valve employees from the Metal Casting Facility (approximately 40 employees) and the Machine Shop worked through the night of Thursday, June 26 and part of the day on Friday, June 27 to sand bag around the Oskaloosa water purification plant. Clow Valve operations were shut down during third and fourth shifts to assist with the necessary effort to help protect Oskaloosa's water system.
It was an honor see the dedicated employees who spent the night or day doing whatever was needed and asked of them, to help get the job done. Because of their efforts working on the levy, the plant was spared from the rising waters of the Skunk River.
We are extremely proud of the contributions the Clow Valve employees make to the Oskaloosa community each and every day and their reputation as hard working concerned people.
