Dennis R. Charko has served as Executive Vice President of the Ductile Iron Pipe Group since 2003. Prior to this position, Mr. Charko served as Vice President, General Manager of Atlantic States Cast Iron Pipe Company (2000 - 2002), Vice President, General Manager of Canada Pipe Company, Ltd. (since 1989) and held various management roles at Canron, Inc. (1973 - 1989) part of which was a McWane acquisition in 1989.

He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo (1973 - BASc Engineering) and Richard Ivey School of Business (1984 Ivey Executive Program).
