Barbara Wisniewski is Vice President of Health & Safety for McWane, Inc. Ms. Wisniewski joined McWane in July, 2003 and is responsible for providing corporate oversight, leadership, and technical assistance on health and safety matters to all McWane facilities. Before joining McWane, Ms. Wisniewski served as Corporate Safety & Health Manager for Miller Brewing Company where she received the "Miller Achievement Award" for excellence in achieving safety and health improvements using a "passion to win" and "focus on customers." She began her career at Ladish Co., as a metallurgical chemist and industrial hygienist.

She is a graduate in Biology and Chemistry from Alverno College in Milwaukee. Ms. Wisniewski is an active member of the American Society of Safety Engineers by serving on the national Technical Publications Review Committee, is a member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association, and is on the Board of Directors of the National Safety Council. She is an alumna of Leader Birmingham (Class of 2008).

Additionally, Ms. Wisniewski is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), and a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA).
