Internal Training
McWane University is a comprehensive training program that began as an outlet for discussing the fundamental changes that have taken place within the organization over recent years. Central to the course is the discussion of the McWane Way, a core set of values based on the company’s heritage that includes integrity, competence, respect, and fairness.

Employees from McWane facilities in the U.S. and Canada are taking part in McWane University’s “Casting Leadership Excellence” (CLE). CLE is a professional development course designed to equip all of McWane’s existing management personnel, at every level, with the knowledge, methods, practices and skills to be truly effective leaders, enhance their potential for growth within the Company, and mold the Company’s culture.
