Barry Palmer has been named Director, Human Resources, McWane Plant and Industrial (MPI). In this position, Barry will lead HR practices and objectives to support MPI’s employee-oriented, high-performing culture, with responsibility for Waterman, Clear Water and Alabama Dynamics.
Prior to joining McWane in March as Senior HR Business Partner for MPI, Barry amassed more than 20 years’ experience in various HR roles, including previous manufacturing industry experience. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama where he earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce and business administration.
