McWane Ductile – New Jersey participated in Phillipsburg's 6th Annual Community Day of Action.
With a collective spirit of civic pride, community partners and dedicated volunteers, armed with tools and trash bags, fanned out across five designated cleanup zones. The event, postponed from Earth Day due to a relentless string of rainy days, was met with clear skies, a pleasant change for the downtown cleanup.
“Thank you to everyone who came out for the redo from Earth Day, which started the few months of rain so far. Today we got some nice beautiful weather,” said Phillipsburg Mayor Randy Piazza. ”Thank you to [community partners] and McWane Ductile for everything you do."
McWane Ductile provided commemorative T-shirts for the event, highlighting the volunteers' shared commitment to the community with “P’Burg Proud” printed across the back of the apparel.
