Phillip McWane is the Chairman of McWane, Inc. in Birmingham, Ala. Mr. McWane joined the company in 1980 and has held a number of management positions, including Executive Vice President and President. He has served on the board of McWane, Inc. since 1986. He is a graduate of Auburn University.
G. Ruffner Page, Jr. has served as President of McWane, Inc. since 1999. Mr. Page joined the company in 1993, working in the area of mergers and acquisitions. Prior to coming to McWane, he held management positions at National Bank of Commerce from 1989 to 1993, the Remington Fund from 1986 to 1989 and Bankers Trust Company in New York and Atlanta.
Vice President/General Manager, Kennedy Valve/M&H Valve
Arne C. Feyling has served as VP/GM of Kennedy Valve and M&H Valve since 2010. Mr. Feyling joined the company in 1995 and has served in various positions and locations over the years. Prior to coming to McWane, he held management positions with Rockwell International in Mishawaka, Ind., and Citicorp Venture Capital/ACP Belcher Corp. in Easton, Mass.
Senior Vice President
Key Foster joined McWane in 2011 where he is responsible for two operating divisions (high tech companies and commercial real estate investments) and corporate development initiatives. Previously, Key helped lead the turnaround of two public companies, advised Lehman Brothers during its bankruptcy, and executed $13 billion in M&A, financing and real estate transactions.
Senior Vice President of McWane, Inc. and President of McWane Global
Mr. Keel joined McWane in 2004 as Senior Vice President Compliance and Corporate Affairs. Before joining McWane, Mr. Keel most recently served as Executive Vice President of Operations at United States Pipe and Foundry Company and before that was President of Sloss Industries.
Vice President, Human Resources
Kevin McCarthy joined McWane in September 2014 and is responsible for leading the Human Resources function across the organization.
Executive Vice President, Waterworks Fittings Group
Leon G. McCullough has served as Executive Vice President of the Valve and Hydrant Group since 1995, the Steel Fabrication Group since 2004 and the Waterworks Fittings Group since 2007. In 1988, Mr. McCullough began serving as Vice President, General Manager of Clow Valve Co. Prior to this, he served as Vice President, General Manager of McWane's water works distribution business, Water Works Equipment Co. (1986 – 1988).
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Charles F. Nowlin has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of McWane Inc. since 2004. Previously, he served as Vice President and Controller from 1991 until 2004. Since joining the company in 1980, Mr. Nowlin has worked in corporate accounting for McWane, Inc., including the areas of financial accounting, acquisitions, taxes and pensions. From 1977 to 1980, Mr. Nowlin worked at Coopers & Lybrand in the Birmingham office on the audit staff.
Senior Vice President, Pipe Division
Jeff Otterstedt has been the Senior Vice President of the Pipe Division since 2011. Prior to 2011, Mr. Otterstedt was the Vice President/General Manager of Clow Water Systems in Coshocton, Ohio., a position he held from 1999. Mr. Otterstedt started his career with McWane at Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Company in 1992. From 1995 until 1997, he was the Plant Manager of Canada Pipe Company in Hamilton, Ontario.
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
James M. Proctor, II serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of McWane, Inc. Mr. Proctor joined the company as general counsel in 1995. Prior to coming to McWane, he was a shareholder of the law firm of Maynard, Cooper & Gale, PC in Birmingham, where he specialized in commercial litigation.
Senior Vice President of Environmental, Safety and Human Resources
Jeet Radia has been with McWane, Inc. since 2003. He has more than 30 years of technical and management experience in assisting industrial manufacturing firms with a wide range of environmental, health and safety and sustainability issues. He brings particular expertise on environmental and sustainability concerns related to metal casting operations and processes.
Executive Vice President
In his current role, Kurt Winter manages the Plumbing Group Division with plants in California, Texas, Missouri and Quebec, Canada. With more than 1400 team members, the McWane Plumbing Group Division is the world’s manufacturing leader in drainage, waste and venting products for the commercial plumbing industry.
Vice President of Health & Safety
Barbara Wisniewski joined McWane in July 2003 and is responsible for providing corporate oversight, leadership and technical assistance on health and safety matters to all McWane facilities. Before joining McWane, Ms. Wisniewski served as Corporate Safety & Health Manager for Miller Brewing Company where she received the Miller Achievement Award for excellence in achieving safety and health improvements using a "passion to win" and "focus on customers." She began her career at Ladish Co., as a metallurgical chemist and industrial hygienist.
