McWane announces 2025 EHS Award recipients

McWane recently recognized teams across the organization with its annual Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Awards, honoring outstanding commitment to workplace safety, environmental stewardship and continuous improvement.

McWane presented the 2025 Screaming Eagle to M&H Valve. For the fourth consecutive year, M&H Valve received the top honor for demonstrating a commitment to excellence, continuous improvement mindset, maintaining high environmental performance, and receptiveness and participation in company-wide initiatives.

“M&H Valve has an unwavering desire to exemplify The McWane Way in all we do,” says M&H Valve General Manager Olivier Marietta. “Over time, we have developed a culture that does not tolerate deviation from our established standard. This is essential not only in sustaining performance but also improving upon it.”

The success of M&H Valve is rooted in more than just strong performance metrics, it reflects years of steady progress, a deeply embedded culture of safety and accountability and, most importantly, the people who bring that culture to life every day. Through this team’s experience, commitment and shared sense of responsibility, they continue to set a high standard for operational excellence.
