As a privately owned company based corporately in the United States, Bibby-Ste-Croix is anything but ordinary. We operate two producing foundries in Quebec with one in Ste-Croix de Lotbinière and the other in St-Ours. These serve as our twin bases from which we launch our operation. We also have two points of sale outside of Quebec, in Hamilton, Ontario, for municipal products, and in Medicine Hat, Alberta, for our soil pipe products. We utilize this spread of locations to better serve our customers across the country.

Bibby-Ste-Croix also makes a significant contribution to employment in Canada, with a particularly noticeable  impact in Quebec. Between our two plants, two distribution centers and top-notch sales team, we employ 500 people who represent an annual wage bill of more than $20 million. That’s a great thing for our employees and the communities in which they live.

The net annual production at Bibby-Ste-Croix is over 61,000 tons of iron. Of that tonnage, 94 percent is grey iron, which is made from 100 percent recycled material. The remaining six percent is ductile iron, which we make from 80 percent recycled material. That means good things for our customers and for the environment. Our wide range of diverse product lines includes soil pipe and soil pipe fittings. These are used in new commercial construction with municipal products such as valve boxes and street castings. We also produce OEM specialty products like counterweights for agricultural machinery, hog grates, cattle bowls and stadium seating. So, no matter where you are or what you need, Bibby-Ste-Croix has the location and the capacity to help.
